CONTEXT

Our team is covering several entities and brands, while mainly focused on support and central functions we also look after finished goods inventories and flows as well as some industrial activities.

 

Highly exposed position primarily based in Fribourg (80%), reaching out to Meyrin (10%) and to our Headquarters in Bellevue (10%).

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Key responsibilities will be:

 

Financial Planning & Analysis on functions and entities:

  • be the financial expert & business partner, the financial data translator for functions managers
  • support managers drive the business, knowing and understanding all business main drivers
  • secure monthly closing in due course, exhaustivity and quality
  • drive financial planning (budgets, quarterly and monthly rolling forecasts)
  • deliver exhaustive, efficient, and appropriate operating & financial reporting and controlling
  • provide in depth variances analysis (monthly) to both business and finance management

 

Financial controlling on brands (within main entity):

  • be the contact to Brands Finance HQ with respect to inventories, inbound & outbound costs
  • promote thorough understanding of all logistics flows and financial impacts thereof
  • ensure comprehensive and efficient financial reporting, controlling, and planning

 

Compliance:

  • secure all financial flows according to internal policies and procedures
  • guarantee compliance to IFRS as well as to our internal control system (ICS)

 

Process improvement & projects & transformation:

  • contribute to rethink and reshape our current organization
  • promote process standardization, improvement, digitalization and automation
  • leverage technology in our day-to-day routines and reengineer dashboards and reports 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Willing to join a fast-paced and complex organization, you come along with the following assets:

  • hold a master’s degree in science or administration with 5-7 years of experience in controlling & budgeting
  • Experience in audit (Big 4) with a sound understanding of IFRS (or comparable)
  • Interest in coding (Python) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Power Pivot & Power Query)
  • curious with a self-driven mindset, you are willing to make a difference together with your team
  • excellent communication skills with all hierarchy levels
  • analytical and rigorous personality always inclined to networked thinking
  • in depth experience of SAP FICO, any other module is a plus
  • fluent in English your French is very good too, any other language is a plus
