WHAT WE OFFER 

 

A position of Product & Trade Compliance Manager 100% in The Group Product & Trade Compliance Department. 

 

The team provides regulatory intelligence, solutions adapted to the business. We animate and train an international network of compliance managers. We communicate the relevant guidance to the business, to implement regulatory change within the company. We secure conformity across our supply chain & entities on multiple topics: Products & Trade regulations (Precious Metals, Chemicals, Electronics, Packaging, Tariff & Non-Tariff barriers, Incoterms, Sourcing & Due Diligence, etc.)

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide a very high level of customer service to our internal stakeholders (Maisons, Regions...) to help them evolve in a global and complex regulatory environment

  • Animate the Product & Trade Compliance network (Forums, Webinars…)

  • Support and develop the Product & Trade Compliance Function in the network through functional management

  • Create and update reporting tools about risk management

  • Represent the Product & Trade Compliance function inside different transversal Group projects such as implementing new distribution models

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Experienced in a Trade Compliance, Product compliance or Risk Management environment and have been working several years in a multinational company 

  • Curious, strongly team oriented and open minded

  • Self-confident person who can dive in a complex international organization and have a customer service mindset

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strategic, gets the bigger picture, easily translate raw risks in business impacts

  • Strong project’s management skills including negotiation in a cross functional environment

  • Willing to travel and to meet new people

  • Fluent in English and French

  • Proficient in Office 365
