Digital in store products are strategic enablers of Sales associates operational efficiency and overall of sales experience. Supporting Richemont prestigious Maisons by Delivering in the hands of store staff an UX-driven and omnichannel set of features to increase conversion and support demanding customer expectations is one of the key challenge of the Digital in store team.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

You will be in charge to deliver tailor-made and highly qualitative digital services on time and on budget.

You will manage drive business analysis for new projects and features and specify user experience through deliverables (TO BE processes, sequence designs, data flows, etc.)

You will need to manage and federate our partners including Maisons and Group business teams (Retail, CRM, eCom, etc.), regional teams, development teams and support teams.

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

You have 8 to 10 years of experiences as Project/Program management in Digitalization of Retail in an international context and you are..

…...Creative. Act as an entrepreneur shaping a vision, delivering value and driving Business requirements

….. Result-oriented. Be pragmatic so that every action deliver concrete outcomes, always focusing on customer satisfaction

.. Collaborative. Act as a team player in a flat and versatile organization as well as in a multicultural environment to achieve collective goals.

 

You have strong knowledge of omnichannel and mobile ecosystem and technology from development framework to deployment solution.

In our team, you will interact with multiple Business worlds (CRM, Retail, eCommerce, Customer care) to deliver best-in-class omnichannel experience to demanding customers.

You will be part of the deployment of digital services built on state-of-the art mobile and omnichannel architectures.

We will make you grow in a multicultural environment, both in your daily work location in Geneva and with all the Maisons and Regions teams from all over the world.
