MAIN PURPOSE

 

Leading and coordinating the overall direction, implementation, execution, control & completion of projects in the domain of Richemont Customer Service Japan, while ensuring consistency with the Group strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Lead strategic and operational projects around the organization of the Customer Service, including but not limited too :
    •  
      • External service & repair workshops decentralization and certification projects and initiatives
      • Platforms intervention workflow optimisation, in alignment with Group models and procedures
      • Platform layout reorganisation and improvements
      • Coordination on implementation of Security, health & safety guidelines
  • Ensure a smooth and aligned communication among the key stakeholders in the Group, the Region, the Markets and the Maisons, towards ensuring the successful execution of the projects
  • Lead and facilitate the development of a continuous improvement culture, determine areas of improvements compared to organisation template
  • Review operational efficiencies and benchmark performance levels. Monitor KPI’s and impulse corrective actions if needed

 

  • Consolidation of budget tracking across all CS departments, support operations during budget process, and propose operating costs optimisation actions
  • Participate to Group initiatives/projects. Be the interface between Group RCS and the Platforms in the Region
  • Support Management and business operations

 

PROFILE

 

  • Education
    • Master degree in engineering or business management

 

  • Competencies
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Good knowledge of project/organization management
    • At ease with business analytics
    • Strong written and oral communication skills in Japanese and English
    • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office suite
    • SAP knowledge is a plus

 

  • Professional experience
    • Project management in an international environment is a plus
    • Experience in Lean 6 Sigma project is a plus
    • Experience in watchmaking or luxury industry is a plus
