MAIN PURPOSE

 

The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a key role in the delivery of Richemot Japan’s mission to attract and recruit the best talent for both Office and Boutiques. You are responsible for providing high-value recruitment support to Hiring Managers, championing our business growth and ensuring the delivery of an exceptional candidate experience.

Besides, your team aims to develop a qualitative pipeline of exploratory candidates. Working closely with the HRBPs and Hiring Managers, you will manage and lead the members dedicated to sourcing and recruiting high potential candidates.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Management

You will lead all recruitment initiatives in Japan including Mid Career recruitment and New Graduates recruitment for Office and Boutiques, develop recruitment strategies of the company and hiring plan, develop the Talent Acquisition team members and manage RPO, in order to recruit capable talents and strive to meet expected service levels and business performance goals. You will work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition team to roll out sourcing initiatives and share best practices.

The recruitment database will be managed sufficiently, and you are expected to provide reports upon the requests from your stakeholders.

 

  • Sourcing

You are expected to contribute to develop and implement sourcing strategy to achieve significant reduction in agency sourcing. You will directly source candidates to fill open requisitions especially for key positions, in a timely manner and reduce recruitment costs. Some methods will include managing effective advertisements, recruiting events, participating in employer branding seminars, re-launching and training employers on recruitment related policies and processes, scouting, headhunting, and networking.

 

  • Recruiting

You will collaborate with relevant stakeholders in creating recruitment strategies and implementing agreed action plans, maintain current candidate market, legal and recruitment trends and implement those into recruitment strategies. Interview and evaluate candidates for employment factors such as job experience, education and training, knowledge, skills and abilities, organizational culture considerations, and other important points. Also, you will check professional references and drive other candidate due diligence activities in compliance with the recruitment operating procedures.

 

  • Employer Branding

You will be the Richemont/Brand ambassador who drives the candidate experience and ensure we have a rich candidate pipeline to support business. You will build employer branding strategies and lead initiatives in order to increase our company and brand awareness in the market.

 

 

 

 

  • Training

As our Talent Acquisition team is continuing to improve systems, processes and install a direct sourcing model, you will be involved with guiding our HRBPs and Hiring Managers on tactics and processes, such as Hiring Manager Training.

THE EXPERIENCE

 

  • Proven experience as talent acquisition manager, experience in FMCG, Luxury, Food, Beverage is preferred and experience in a recruitment agency is also preferred
  • Retail (Boutique) Recruitment Experience
  • People management capability
  •  Effective communication skills, ability to engage and convince potential passive candidates
  • Experienced and comfortable with all online & offline sourcing channels, social media platforms
  • Native level in Japanese and fluency in English
