MAIN PURPOSE

Ability to precede all kind of jewelry-repair (stone setting, polishing, plating), include maintenance generic service, as well complex requirements in different repairs, following brand guidelines. Decide the best suitable repair approach to reach expected lead-time. Ability to develop and manufacture special tools for different requirements.
Work customer service oriented with good communication skill and problem solving attitude.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow defined interventions and repair flows.
To repair all kind of Jewelry defect, generic services, scope with complicate items.
Bracelet and Necklace chain extension or length reduction.
Ring-Sizing +/-; traditional technic, with ring-guard, with Laser-welding
Re-shape deformed items.
Polishing of Jewelry.
Return all excess and old spare parts to the logistic department, either for exchange or destruction.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 5 Years' experience in Jewelry Repair.
Customer service orientated.
Familiar with 18Kt. Gold in different color, Platinum.
Familiar with different sensitive materials: (Gemstones, Pearls, Wood, Porcelain, Resin, etc.)
Familiar with Fire-Soldering and Laser-Welding.
Skills in polishing and Lapping.
Problem solving skill.
Good communication skills.
Willing to work in a big structure with different policies.
Cross culture awareness.

NICE-TO-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

Experience in Stone-Setting would be plus
Plating Skills would be a plus (Rhodium)
Familiar with Computer Skills (MS Office, Internet, E-Mail)
Advantage to communicate in English in verbal and written

主要職務內容

精於各種珠寶製作技法(包含鑲嵌，拋光，電鍍等)，以及珠室維修，遵循不同品牌各種複雜要求並決定最合適的維修方法，以達到預期的交付時間。並且能夠開發和製造能滿足不同要求的特殊工具。
以客戶服務為導向，具有良好的溝通能力和解決問題的態度。

主要職責

遵循規定的維修SOP和修復流程。
修復各種類型的珠寶作品，包含一般維修及複雜的維修。
手鍊和項鍊長度的加長或改短。
戒圍變更；使用傳統火焊，以及雷射焊接技術。
重塑變形珠寶作品。
珠寶拋光及電鍍。

工作條件

至少5年的珠寶製作經驗。
以客戶服務為導向。
熟悉不同材質的金屬使用 (18K金。鉑金以及銀飾)。
熟悉各種寶石特性：(寶石，珍珠，木材，瓷器，樹脂等）。
熟悉火焊和雷射焊接技術。
拋光技巧。
解決問題的能力。
良好的溝通技巧。
喜歡在大型組織中工作，可靈活因應不同政策。
易於適應不同的公司文化。

優勢加分項目

寶石鑲嵌經驗。
電鍍技能（銠）。
熟悉電腦軟體（MS Office，Internet，E-Mail）。
具備英語口說和書面溝通能力。
