Senior HR Executive - People Operations (4-month Contract)

MAIN PURPOSE
- Support the full spectrum of HR People Operations in the area of payroll, HRIS and related to HR operations within Richemont Taiwan.
- Contract Period: Nov 2024 - Feb 2025 (4 months)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Oxygen and HRIS Management
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data within the HRIS, including personal information, job details and compensation records for on/off boarding.
- Develop and maintain HRIS processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure efficient and consistent system usage.
- Analyze HR data and generate reports, metrics, and dashboards to support HR analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Attendance management including boutique employees of Kronos and office employees’ attendance training and maintenance.
- Participate in HR projects related to system implementations, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
Payroll Administrative Management
- Execute payroll, payment, and tax reporting related operations in an accurate and timely manner.
- Perform payroll/payment related GL posting and reconciliation.
- Review temp salary calculated by external vendor.
- Support C&B for internal/external payroll audit and relevant reporting/data provision.
- Collaborate with external tax advisors to support expatriate employees on tax-related matters, including tax returns and tax liabilities.
Compliance & Policy Implementation Consistency
- Ensure full compliance with HR SOP, guidelines and policies to meet the internal control and internal audit standards and statutory/regulatory requirements.
- Monitor compliance & HR SOP fully carry on in terms of payroll, C&B and staff working hours.
Digitalization for Efficient Employee Experience
- Provide service / advisory center including day to day employee support.
- Support HR digitalization to enhance employee’s experience.
Other HR Administrations
- Logistic support for mobility and transfer, such as working visa and ARC application.
- Logistic support for L&D arrangements.
- Administer health and other employee benefit programs, ensuring employees are informed and all processes are handled efficiently.
- And others HR relevant support.
REQUIREMENTS
- With 5-8 years compensation and benefit experience, especially in-depth knowledge of payroll process, tax regulations, and labour laws.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- With ability of spoken and written English, and excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Ability to collect and interpret information evaluate and use information to enhance services.
- Detail-oriented, good team player, and be able to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Mature, organized and able to work independently under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong drive and can-do attitude with good planning and organizing skills
- With knowledge in SAP/Workday would be an advantage.
