PURPOSE
Repair watches and support boutique sales staff with report directly to Technical Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support to the Sales Representatives
- At the sales level, the watchmaker remains at the sales representative's disposal in case technical information is required, which could help in the sales process.
- The watchmker is in the boutique to bring technical experience when a watch is brought to the boutique for the repair or if the customer has a technical question
Technical Repair
- To eliver excellent service quality in meeting customer needs
- To keep work environment in good condition to carry out repair work effectively
- To do technical evaluation for watches
- Documentation of the spare parts required to repair each watch to ensure repairs run smoothly
- To complete repairs in a timely fashion. That means to complete not later than the date indicated on the repair order.
- After repair, ensure that used parts are in the same puch for the watch
- Ensure only authorised watches are repaired, and only those brough in via the service centre/boutique
- Ensuring workstation and spare parts are appropriately kept
Technical Assessment & Quality Control
- To follow defined interventions and repair flows
- All repair types: Boutique stock, warehouse stock, customer repairs, distributor stock & customer repairs
- To do quality control checks after repairs before returning the watch to the administrative team.
Stock Control
- Do stock count when required
Event
- If and when necessary, to attend event requested by brand
Polish
- Polishing of watches if required
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of experience in watch repair
- High quality repair skills
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, detail-oriented
- Team player with high integrity level
- Please note, the role's working days will be Tuesday to Saturday (Sundays and Mondays are off)
