This position supervises the reception, storage and distribution of materials, equipment, and products (general goods & packaging) within the Richemont Distribution Centre. The Warehouse Supervisor will lead and manage the Operations Team to meet/exceed service level and improve process flow to achieve operational and cost efficiency. 




  • Warehouse Operations


  1. Planning and optimization of space and resources 


  1. Monitoring of all warehouse orders and tasks in SAP eWM


  1. Ensure all warehouse orders are completed as scheduled


  1. Conduct daily cycle count and reconciliation of any stock discrepancies


  1. Recommending measures to improve the quality of service, increasing efficiency of the department and operations team and equipment performance.


  1. Provide support to Team Leaders on daily activities


  1. To monitor and fulfil Maison urgent request


  1. Management of staffs’ productivity and overtime



  • Health & Safety


  1. Interpreting company policies to staffs and enforcing safety regulations


  1. Initiate and maintain a safety program for the Operations Team


  1. Initiate and maintain proper safety and fire prevention equipment within the warehouse


  1. Correct unsafe conditions in the work area and report any conditions that are not correctable to the Manager immediately


  1. Maintain the neatness and cleanness of the area



  • Staff Management


  1. Identify staffs’ training and development needs (internal & external training)


  1. Team build, lead and motivate staffs


  1. Responsible for discipline and turnout of staffs


  1. Staff management and assessment (including recruitment, appraisal, and development)
