MAIN PURPOSE

Reporting to the PS and HSE Director, SEAO and within the frame of Richemont ecurity directives and policies, the Senior Coordinator will assist to manage all security processes and actions within South Asia. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Security, Health, Safety and Environment Team Support.

  • Actively seek and promote an appropriate level of communication and deliver a collaborative, business partner approach to all stakeholders (brands, boutiques, support functions, external partners/ suppliers);
  • Support the Security Managers and work with vendors for operational issues arises and performance review of the service levels rendered.
  • Liaise, request and coordinate with related parties to collect information for incident investigation and review.
  • Collect, maintain and review the information related to physical security and health-and-safety aspects of the boutique and facilities to ensure alignment to the groups security standards;
  • Collaborate with store planning and administration teams to ensure appropriate execution of physical and technical measures via Local Security Managers;
  • Support the PSHSE Team by coordinating with 3rd party security vendor(s) for the execution required.
  • Collaborate efficiently, effectively, and ethically with external security suppliers / vendor / service provider, including but not limited to sourcing, performance review and cost controls with the guidance from the function. 

 

Coordinate and Support the PSHSE Director, SEAO on:

  • Day to day PSHSE operations, reporting and administrative tasks
  • Assist and support the deliverables and execution of the security plans
  • Assist and support PSHSE Director, SEAO in handling security related incident at events
  • Maintain data, information, drawing(s), and document(s) related to physical security.
  • Provide a high quality secretarial and organisational / functional support service to PSHSE Director, SEAO.
  • Acting as a key liaison point for the PSHSE Director, SEAO between his managers and other key external parties, setting up meetings, preparing agenda, taking minutes as appropriate and maintaining good communications.
  • Research, collate information from internal and external sources to prepare for presentation or reports for the PSHSE Director, SEAO for all key Meetings or as and when required.
  • Sorting, distributing and responding or drafting responses to incoming mail in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Organising and maintaining effective filing management systems.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in an international company and exposed to supporting senior leaders
  • Possess good influencing skills and can communicate effectively at all levels
  • Able to demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in SAP & Microsoft Office including Excel, World, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Positive and proactive mindset and a can-do attitude
  • Able to work independently, multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Have a strong sense of adaptability, teamwork and interpersonal skills
