MAIN PURPOSE
To support the operation administrative team in Customer Service Unit which provides all kinds of after-sale services to the clients |

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Quality check and invoice management · Transfer in and transfer out customers’ repairs · Register customers’ data and product details as well as repair history into SAP system · Prepare cost estimates · Ordering of stationary and pantry supplies · Filling of daily collection slips, pack and despatch invoices to be archive in warehouse · Generate, assist and support various customer service projects and initiatives to improve / achieve leadtime objectives · Follow-up on repair delays · Stock-taking · Guide new operation admins whenever necessary · Assist in admin operational & logistics operations tasks assigned by Operations Manager · Perform any other ad-hoc admin duties assigned by Operations Manager · House-keeping |

Requirements:
· Min GCE O level or Diploma in any discipline
· At least 3 years administrative experience with some operations experience
· Hands-on PC skills
Good command of English (Written & Spoken)
· Good interpersonal & communication skills
· Creative candidate with positive and willing to learn attitude
· Able to multi-task
· Work well with others in a fast-paced working environment
· Good team player
· Ability to speak Mandarin will be an advantage
