MAIN PURPOSE

Report directly to Customer Service Supervisor, to deliver excellent service quality on watch repairs and other related matters

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

To deliver excellent service quality meeting customer needs.

To keep work environment and equipment in good condition to carry out repair work effectively.
To do technical evaluation for watches (regardless of brands within Richemont group).
To complete the repairs for authorized watch or non-watch in a timely fashion
After repair, ensure that used spare parts are in the same pouch for the watch.
To follow defined interventions and repair flows
To do quality control checks after repairs
Do stock count when required
Ensure spare part kits have sufficient spare parts
If and when necessary, to attend event requested by brand and/or conduct/assist masterclass by brand.
Do polishing of watch if required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Keen interest in watchmaking with technical background
Experience in watch repairs skills will be an advantage
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Possess good communication and listening skills, computer skills is a plus
Self-motivated, positive and reliable
Hunger for personal growth and development
