The role will work closely with the Regional HRD, SEAO and Regional/Market HR Leaders to create and implement Talent strategy for our dynamic region. The core of this function is to ensure success in terms of attracting, developing, and retaining talents and to build a sustainable pipeline of both internal and external candidates for current & future roles in our organization.


Our role will be a catalyst in conceptualizing and driving a new wave of talent acquisition and talent management initiatives and by embracing and sharing new practices and behaviors among the HR community and will partner with Regional People Experience and Richemont Retail Academy leaders to synergize efforts and scale resources on people development for effective capability development and lasting behavioral change.


Success in this role will also be demonstrated by effective adoption and execution of the Group’s Talent and People Experience strategy in close collaboration with the Maisons and Richemont Regional functions.


HOW YOU WILL CREATE AN IMPACT
Talent

  • Create and execute a talent strategy, including Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Talent Management and Talent Development, that will utilize the full potential of the market in acquiring the best talents through various innovative channels while staying in line with the global talent vision.
  • Accelerate Internal mobility by leading the SEAO cross maisons, cross markets Talent Exchange.
  • Lead the annual Talent Cycle by partnering closely with HRBPs in RRF and maisons, ensure execution excellence on key people’s IDP and key positions’ succession planning.
  • Ensure success by supplying both internal and external talents in a timely manner to appease the business needs,
  • Develop and nurture strong talent pipeline proactively, both internally and externally, for long term success and succession planning purposes
  • Develop strong employer branding strategy for the region and each market, collaborate with APAC and Group Employer Branding to participate and engage with top universities & educational partners, design and implement events to elevate the attractivity of Richemont as an employer.
  • Actively share exceptional talents and champion a collaborative way of working with the HR/Talent community
  • Bring value in terms of strategic partnership with the business by providing market trends and talent insights to the business and the HR community.
  • As a true agent of change, introduce more diversity into the organization and integrate diversity & inclusion in the long-term talent strategy.
  • You will be a purveyor of Talent and actively participate in various global or regional initiatives aimed at optimizing and elevating our function and business

 

People Experience

  • Lead the people experience function in SEAO by setting the strategic direction aligned with Group and Regional priorities for key moments in the employee journey including onboarding, performance journey, development, and the Retail Academy
  • Coordinate and launch a comprehensive onboarding programs to improve the new joiner experiences.
  • Coordinate and drive the communication and execution of My Performance Journey: My Priorities and My Development
  • Understand the SEAO business needs and translate them into effective, practical learning solutions, aiming at building employee capability and bridging competency gaps.
  • Perform learning needs assessment; provide recommendations on appropriate learning initiatives and effective delivery options that engage learners and produce desired outcome.
  • Establish SEAO learning catalogue, project plan and deployment/communication matrix.
  • Maximize internal available resources (people, processes, and tools) whilst sourcing external vendors/programs to enrich the total learning offerings for SEAO population.
  • Champion the facilitation of programs from Richemont Retail Academy and Group Learning & Development for Maison and Richemont audience in SEAO
  • Develop budget, monitor expenses, and adjust resources allocation to fulfill SEAO learning needs.
  • Manage the reporting and tracking of all learning initiatives, qualitatively and quantitatively, for management perusal.
  • Measure success and effectiveness of learning solutions; suggest improvements especially on their quality, scalability, and sustainability.
  • Manage co-ordination and logistics of learning events and offerings, based on the agreed budget and milestones.

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US:

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management and L&D, preferably gained from luxury retail environment.
  • Has a track record of leading teams in fast pace & high-volume organizations. Retail/Luxury experience is a plus but is not mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in local practices and policies in Southeast Asia and ANZ is an advantage.
  • An interpersonally and culturally savvy relationship builder with ability to engage and influence all levels of leaders and employees.
  • A seasoned project manager comfortable with both strategic and operational tasks in a fast-paced, matrix, and multi-brand environment
  • Flexibility/Adaptability to work in a diverse and inclusive organization.
  • Has the willingness to connect and build internal relations within HR functions and business managers.
  • Ability to drive business value through innovative and effective talent initiatives.
  • Excellent command of oral and written English
