Accounts Assistant-Retail Back Office

Boutique Sale & Collection Monitoring

  • Monitor and resolve red light (unresolved Boutique Transactions) in SAP / SOPS / M3 system
  • Verify Boutique daily receivable & collection
  • Reconcile credit card payment in Matchbox
  • Prepare and process credit card refunds requested by boutiques
  • Follow up on GST tourist refund issue
  • Monitor and verify manual cash memo with system Tax Invoice issued by Boutiques; and update in the manual cash memo file


Stock Management

  • Prepare Stock list and conduct for cycle / annual stock count
  • To do Stock Adjustment for Boutique
  • To review stock in transit of boutiques


Reporting & Monthly Activities

  • Perform clearing for all suspense account in SAP
  • Sales completeness check
  • Monitoring and follow up boutiques customer’s deposit on advance orders
  • Prepare monthly credit card receivable schedule
  • Prepare monthly customer deposit schedule and confirmation with respective boutique managers
  • Prepare discount / return / refund and cash report to Brand
  • Prepare turnover rent reporting and billings to landlord
  • To assist in monthly turnover rent accrual


Ad-hoc Activities

  • Act as a contact point for brand Retail in resolving boutique daily operational issues and communicating retail policy and procedures
  • Ensure Anti-Money Laundering compliance and requirement is applicable to all cash transactions
  • Ensure Brands’ policies and procedures are complied
  • Participate into other retail control related projects




  • Possess a recognized Diploma in Accountancy
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience  
  • Strong accounting skills and data analytical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office skill and familiar with accounting software/EPR systems;
  • Ability to work under pressure, quickly understand / assess complex business situations / transactions in order to determine the high risk areas, the susceptibility to fraud, the weaknesses, and the recommended improvement areas
