Reports to: AVP IT Apps, Operational Excellence

Summary.

The Business analyst BI B2B is responsible for using their knowledge to support our users across Maisons, Functions, and Divisions to generate value from data autonomously and to efficiently use our Data and B2B platform across the Americas region. The Business analyst focus will be on utilizing their expertise partnering with our users supporting them and building successful initiatives to enhance our reporting and analytics capabilities. Is very detail oriented and values the customer service experience.

 

Key Responsibilities.

  • Develop a deep knowledge of Richemont BI and B2B applications landscapes.
  • Participate actively in our group platforms upskilling program.
  • Deep understanding of Richemont Data models.
  • Providing training and support to KU’s.
  • Ensure local Maison and Group business users are empowered to leverage their data, autonomously and on a scale.
  • Foster a data driven culture and synergies within the local community.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand data needs and provide technical solutions.
  • Act as primary point of contact for local business users on issues related to the data tools products under Richemont support (knowledge transfer process to be defined with the relevant Business Insight Owners).
  • Maintain the trust built with local business users (Maisons and Richemont Regional teams), leverage functional knowledge of local data consumption and technical skills on the data technological stack to ensure the daily run of data driven operations in the Region Markets.
  • Promoting group tools and best practices.
  • Providing business analyst expertise to centers of excellence related data initiatives.
  • Following business related projects to ensure their success.
  • Contributes to the regional user community.
  • Works closely with the Level 3 support BI and B2B support team.
  • Create mechanisms for improving support process / procedures.
  • Handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Support business initiatives.
  • Generate insights from the support activity.
  • Examine trends for clues to boost support performance.

 

Required Experience.

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field

At least 1-2 years of proven experience with:

  • Cloud data warehouses, preferably with GCP – BigQuery.
  • Knowledge of DBT and version management tools (e.g. GIT).
  • Knowledge in data visualization tools, mainly in Looker (including LookML).
  • Strong programing skills in SQL, and Python.
