MAIN PURPOSE
The Tech Product Delivery Lead is responsible for the design and successful implementation of digital projects/products onto the Richemont e-Commerce Platform in China.
The primary objective of this position is to design, size and develop the digital projects – in collaboration with Richemont Central - to support the brands’ e-business activities both within China and globally. He/She will be working closely with the Richemont business team and brands for planning, analysis, providing technical solution and execution. 
Driving the design and development of standard processes that support the majority of brands’ requirements at competitive unit cost and per industry service quality standards.
Master the scrum team with Agile methodology to iteratively delivery digital products.
 
KEY RESULT AREAS AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage overall project plan, issues, status reporting, risks and dependencies logs, Steering Committee preparation, monitoring of budgets and KPIs, organizing vendor bidding and quotation management. 
Prepare for and leads key project meetings with internal clients across all stakeholders.
Chair and documents workshops and meetings.
Effective horizontal and vertical facilitation and communication with Business Units, Corporate Services, IT and other back-office departments on a global basis Agile and innovative with the tenacity to thrive in a constantly changing.
Provide technical digital insights with internal technical team, external vendor and align with internal business. 
Provide technical insights and lead the scrum team to iteratively provide technical digital solution and delivery digital products via Agile way.

JOB PROFILE
4-7 years of relevant work experience in project management with an online
retailer, ideally in eCommerce, Digital, marketing, merchandising, or operations.
2-5 years’ experience in application with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe.
Technical background in software development.
Experience in a matrixed responsibility organization working with multiple ProductManagers per effort.
Possesses significant practical experience in the basics of project management (estimation, project planning, resource planning, issue management, risk management, change management, communication planning).
Strong experience facilitating the gathering and development of requirements for complex solutions.
Able to work both collaboratively and independently while maintaining a high level of productivity.
Must possess excellent business communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

Exhibit good judgment skills on when to seek guidance and when to escalate risks and issues.

Qualification of Certified Scrum Master is a plus.
Be reliable and possess ownership for the work.
