Title:  Sr. Digital Strategy Manager
Based in Shanghai

 

Purpose: 
•    To iterate China digital strategy based on business and global requirements  
•    To gain consumer, SA and business insights to support the development of product strategy and roadmap 
•    To manage project portfolio and track project status 
•    To manage communication across maisons and key stakeholders 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy development
•    Develop and iterate China digital strategy and roadmap 
•    Strategize digital needs and lead various strategic initiative delivery process
•    Prioritize initiatives based on business justification, budget constraints and risk analysis 
•    Maintain 3rd party relationship in order to keep up to date of market and ecosystem trends as well as consumer expectations

Project portfolio management
•    Manage the project portfolio for prioritization, budget and timeline
•    Develop project implementation plan for specific digital initiative 
•    Manage project progress to ensure the delivery is on time and on quality 
•    Set up project governance model to manage key stakeholder communication
•    Operationalize each digital initiative with sustainable support model
•    Quarterly forecast of digital spending 

Reporting and communication
•    Weekly and monthly reporting of digital performance and project roadmap 
•    Quarterly communication of progress of China digital roadmap to global and local stakeholders
•    Regularly update internal and external stakeholder about the development of China eco-system change 
•    Organize best practice sharing, internal cases and external cases  
•    Organize project review to gain key learnings

 

Requirement:
Education:  Bachelor's degree or above  

Experience and capability: 
•    Savvy in China digital ecosystem and have experience in digital strategy development
•    Strong capability in strategizing the business needs and translate into digital roadmap 
•    Strong project management skills to manage complex projects
•    Strong stakeholder management skills to manage complex requirements 
•    Experience in managing global stakeholders
•    Experience in 3rd party platform management 
•    Experience and resourceful in agency management
•    Experience in innovation is a strong plus
