Organization Development & Transversal Projects Lead (Associate Director)

The purpose of this position is to present the topics Organizational Diagnosis, Design, Transformation as country level expert and play key role and lead HR projects in line with Richemont vision, business strategy and Richemont HR vision.


Major Responsibilities


I. Organization Development:


  1. Utilizes strong OD processes to assess, diagnose, design, and deliver customized solutions needed to optimize and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  2. Provides coaching and consulting on change management, organizational structure analysis and design to leaders and their teams, working to identify optimal structural design that aligns with business requirements and objectives.
  3. Analyze market trend and conduct research in Organization Development.
  4. Collaborate with HRBPs to provide advices and support to leaders on organization structure update and promotions to optimize the use of resources and drive a highly engaged workforce.
  5. Lead the build-up of capability and readiness of functions in areas of OD expertise.



II. Transversal Projects


  1. Define transversal HR related projects with China HR directors. Scope of work will encompass HR initiatives that support the enhancement of HR capabilities for future business growth.
  2. Develop and deliver HR related project action plans, identify and manage independencies in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Analyze Organization data, leverage agile project leadership concepts to drive desired outcomes.
  3. Guide resources to complete the defined projects in accordance with overall objectives of project management
  4. Overview project progress and facilitate the change management.



III. HR Strategy


  1. Support HR leadership on defining strategic priorities for the function, and related actions to meet these goals
  2. Consult on HR processes review, providing insight on future ways of working.
  3. Collaborate with learning and development team to build HR related capability development programs
  4. Identify opportunities for innovation within the HR team across skills, technology/systems, or untapped resources





  1. Bachelor degree or above
  2. 10-15 years significant solid HR experience plus OD and Transformation project relevant exposure
  3. Strong and profound Knowledge and project experience on OD,  Transformation and Culture Breeding.
  4. Experience working with or within the retail environment
  5. Strong business acumen with solid stakeholder management and influencing edge
  6. Strong analytical, consulting, coaching and influence skills.
  7. Future and result oriented mindset.
  8. Demonstrated ability to apply Agile, Lean and Contemporary change management
