KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Merchandising

  • Implement and drive merchandising strategy & process for full product category, ensure efficient time to market & achieve targeted sell-thru rate
  • Manage retail merchandise buy & inventory control, develop wholesale business, oversee outlet business and manage family sales proposals
  • Develop seasonal OTB plans and forecasts for both retail and wholesale networks in accordance to sales forecast and seasonal trends
  • Attend local/overseas periodic seasonal buying sessions and product committees
  • Conduct periodic product trainings for both retail & wholesale business
  • Consolidate regular merchandising performance and sales analysis reports
  • Work closely with retail & communications teams to establish new product launch strategy, VIC trunk shows & press day
  • Work closely with region & global merchandising teams to deliver merchandising excellence
  • Monitor full-price, seasonal markdown strategy, goods return, product consolidation, stock allocation, off season stock management
  • Conduct regular competitors product pricing review & product quality reports

 

VM

  • Integrate global and regional VM strategy, consolidate VM props, develop and implement local VM guidelines & conduct VM trainings for store staff
  • Monitor & execute both window and in-store VM to create greater visual impact to local consumers in accordance to Brand guidelines
  • Maximise selling opportunities by working closely with retail, communications & merchandising teams to support periodical VIC trunk shows

 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor Degree or above with at least 10 years in retail merchandising experience in premium/luxury women’s fashion/leather goods; with at least 5 years in senior management level
  • Organized and detail oriented, good analytical skills
  • Good command in both oral and written Chinese & English
