MAIN PURPOSE

Richemont has a strong ambition to transform its business model towards New Retail. In order to successfully deliver its ambition, Richemont is reinforcing its omni-channel capabilities with a clear China digital roadmap being defined. This position will be closely working with Group Digital, IT and Maison’s business teams to execute the omni-channel initiatives across multiple dimensions incl. e-Commerce, channel digitalization, etc. The ideal candidate requires deep understanding in retail and luxury industries and plays as “internal consultant” to advise and accelerate the capabilities uplifting for maison’s. 

 

KEY RESULT AREAS AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Project management
•    Develop project plan for each omni channel initiative 
•    Manage the project progress to deliver on time and on quality 
•    Set up project governance model to manage key stakeholder communication
•    Operationalize each omni channel initiative with sustainable support model
•    Maintain Project Management methodology and tools
•    Act as the key interface between Maison and Technology teams
•    Maintain 3rd party relationship in order to develop possible solutions jointly with technology team

Tracking and reporting  
•    Regular reporting of digital roadmap initiative
•    Regularly update internal and external stakeholder about the development of China eco-system change 
•    Organize best practice sharing, internal cases and external cases  
•    Organize project review to gain key learnings

Strategy & Roadmap Landing:
•    Understand global digital strategy and knowledgeable of China digital eco-system 
•    Recognize trends, understand business needs and customer expectations in order to roll out and execute China new retail strategy and roadmap 
•    Develop use case, consumer journey and business case of each omni channel initiative 


JOB PROFILE (FOR RECRUITMENT PURPOSE ONLY)
Education
•    Bachelor degree or above 

Experience
•    5+ years’ experience in similar roles
•    Demonstrate a deep understanding of China digital landscape and key trends
•    Knowledge of e-Commerce (brand.com, social commerce and China 3rd eCommerce platforms), CRM and digital marketing is a must
•    Experience of developing project mgmt. governance model and be able to execute it with best practice
•    Proven record of success to manage, track and report portfolio of projects across different digital topics
•    Proven record of success to manage and deliver advisory projects in digital transformation
•    Adept at using different framework and consulting approaches to solve problems and provide solutions
•    Familiar with leading digital technologies, with know-how to leverage these data technologies to land use cases and initiatives
•    Familiar with the evolving China cyber/data security draft and laws and the impacts on the digital initiatives
•    A combination of management consulting and industry experience is a must
•    Experience in implementing digital platforms/systems (i.e. CRM, OMS, etc.) is strongly preferred

Skills required
•    Strong project management skills to manage advisory projects
•    Scrum master and PMP certificates are highly preferred
•    Strong stakeholder management skills to manage complex requirements
•    Exceptional communication skills and PPT skills with the ability to simplify and present complex concepts to executives, business and technical audience 
•    Strong logic thinking, great attention to details and strong customer-centric mindset
•    Good team Player & Solution Seeker, have can-do attitude and positive mindset
•    Ability to work with ambiguity and resilience
•    Fluency in oral and written English
