MAIN PURPOSE

To support Customer Service Administrator and Technician teams to ensure the repairs are completed in the targeted lead-time. Ordering and dispatching the spare parts & accessory for local requisition, POS, and Boutique. Responsible for overseas repairs and ensure the repairs are return to the corresponding repair request point within the custom dead line and promised lead time.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Key responsibility 1

Responsible for dispatching the spare parts, kits & accessory for CS workshop.

  • Key responsibility 2

Urgent pending RO of shortage for S/P and pushed by frontline colleagues, need to check and follow up with HK, and update the latest lead-time in CS operation system.

  • Key responsibility 3

To responsible in exchangeable goods with regional customer Service platform and returning the defect spare parts to them.

  • Key responsibility 4

To responsible in store control

  • Count spare parts of the shipment from supplier
  • In stock spare parts of the shipment
  • Pick and distribute spare parts and match to repair orders for local CS center
  • Change status in IRIS after spare parts distribution
  • Pick and distribute spare parts/tools/kit and match to workshop

 

REQUIREMENTS:

_ Organized and detail orientated

_ At least 2 years working experience in a similar position

_ Ability to work under pressure
