The business analysis is responsible for the design and successful implementation of digital projects onto the Richemont e-Commerce Platform and wechat ecosystem in China.

The primary objective of this position is to develop business anlaysis, reporting, and insights supporting business performance management and decision making for the digital projects – in collaboration with Richemont Central - to support the brands’ digital  activities both within China and globally.

He/She will be working closely with the Richemont business team and brands for driving the design and development of standard processes. He/She will have a strong understanding of the online or e-commence retail business, marketing or e-marketing, CRM and have strong data and analytical skills. He/She will define strong project and system requirements by partnering with programmers and business partners and leads estimating efforts to fulfill requirements.












  • Develop metrics measuring inputs and outputs, in collaboration with various business and operations stakeholders
  • Defines strong project and system requirements by partnering with programmers and business partners and leads estimating efforts to fulfill requirements
  • Takes a lead position in technical analysis of product and software to ensure that business and functional requirements can be met for complex initiatives of strategic importance (e.g., cross functional/ cross geographies)
  • Recognizes trends and implements changes in anticipation of their impact to the business and/or system components, and leads and coaches junior resources in several medium- to large-scale business cases at once 
  • Independently creates prototype designs for components of applications or projects







  • 5-8 years’experience managing a digital product in an agile environment, a proven history of product management accomplishments and initiatives
  • 3+ years’ Experience on China Ecommerce platform (TMALL, JD.. ). Experience on working with TP for operation and technical flow
  • Experience on prioritising the product backlog, managing user stories, acceptance criteria and artefacts required for development  
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of IT project management, and especially the agile software development processes
  •  Knowledge of micro-services architect design and implementation
  • Superior communication and negotiation skills to manage the stakeholder and external suppliers  
  • Ability of quick learning of new product, and be able to 'think outside of the box and recommend solutions
