JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. POSITION SUMMARY:

The role’s mission is to lead to hire, implement and drive an integrated talent acquisition, management implementation system for the objective of one candidate in advance.

  1. ACTIVITIES :

Recruitment Strategy and Solutions

  • Develop sourcing strategies through a variety of channels including the use of social media platforms, employee referral program, networking and unique opportunities/events, building a pipeline of diversified talent
  • Review the recruitment procedures and policies are complied with corporate guideline, provide recommendation to enhance the recruitment effectiveness
  • Stay abreast of the industry knowing where to find the best talent for our diverse and varied needs
  • Build credible, trusted relationships with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their hiring and business needs, challenges and business objectives

 

 

Employer Branding and Campus Recruitment

 

  • Promote Richemont as an employer of choice to attract top talent by various TA activities, such as career day, employee video, career leaflet and career card
  • Have better client experiences in term of recruitment process, internal mobility and career development
  • Participate in planning, preparation and execution of employer branding projects
  • Cultivate University – undergrad / MBA relationships to enhance alignment with recruitment strategy

 

Recruitment Excellence

  • Responsible for all recruiting tools, platforms and reporting
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for some key positions for director above roles
  • Fine-tune and implement e-recruitment system to ensure the effectiveness & efficiency in execute staffing plan
  • Develop and build talent pipeline by online sourcing tools and social medias (Linkedin, Facebook, Wechat)
  • Monitor the recruitment budget and recruitment expense reports
  • Initiate and implement talent acquisition projects/program, including the recruitment vendor management, key position market mapping, MIT program for front line retail, campus recruitment, recruitment training and career day, etc.
  • Drive and manage the Group Recruitment Training workshops at local level
  • Assist in recruitment related ad-hoc projects

 

 

Talent Management 

 

  • Support HRD in leading , planning and coordinating the local succession planning processes and to ensure all related information are properly documented and maintained in the SAP Talent Management Desktop (TMD)
  • Liaise with Brand Heads and HRBPs in the implementation of talent management initiatives including identifying top performers and emerging leaders with a focus on building / engaging diverse talent and high performance team by providing advice and to develop appropriate and realistic career/development plans which should reflect well balance between the personal aspirations and Company views
  • Work very closely with HRBPs and Sourcing team to drive HR Staffing Committee

 

 

Team Management

  • Set clear roles and responsibilities of direct/indirect member
  • Provide training, coaching & feedback for career development
  • Retain people by motivating team to gain job satisfaction
  • Ensure team delivery

 

Reporting and Analytic Records

  • Convers Data to useful information for effective Recruitment
  • Management and Monitor Recruitment Effectively.

  1. QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 15+ years of experience in full life-cycle talent acquisition/recruiting preferably in a related industry
  • 3+ years’ in a talent acquisition management/leadership role preferably in a creative and/or digital workplace sourcing talent
  • Experience in Talent Management
  • Team management skill and having the ability to effectively lead, motivate, inspire and delegate
  • Great time and project management skills
  • Strong in key and multiple stakeholder management
  • Good interpersonal skills
