KEY RESULT AREAS AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Daily verify Brands related local vendor payment documents, and ensure payment entry into SAP timely and accurately.

- Overall handle Boutique renal payment.

- Monthly follow up aged items in AP aging and BS report.

- Perform monthly closing and responsible for AP accounts reconciliation.

- Perform manual accrual and related adjustment entry.

- Support AP process improvement and projects.

JOB PROFILE

- Bachelor degree in finance and accounting or related

- Minimum 3 year’s solid experience in AP accounting

- Good communication skill and fluent oral & written English

- Proficient Excel skills and SAP experience

- Possess personal qualities of independent, patience and integrity
