HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

 

Trade Compliance Specialist is mainly responsible for handling of Trade Compliance and Product Compliance so, making sure that all products of Richemont Brands comply with local Government law and Richemont Group directive.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Regularly maintain SAP MDM of HS classification & licensed products.
  • Support SAP MDM maintenance of brands.
  • Support or lead the compliance training for Brands.
  • Conduct the mandatory outside training by Korea Authority
  • Handle pre-registration for various licensed products to Korea Authority.
  • Handle various internal reports.
  • Handle the mandatory Authority report.
  • Monitor Group directive and local Government law regularly.
  • Update the various internal guidelines for importation and labelling regulatory.
  • Support the ad-hoc compliance project.
  • Co-work with 3rd party consultants to handle various compliance task and projects.
  • Co-work with Logistics import/export team for regulatory issues.

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

  • Minimum 6 year-experience in Trade compliance or Product compliance role in multinational company(s).
  • Laboratory experience of Authorities e.g. KOTITI or KTR etc. preferred.
  • Consulting companies of chemical products or Cosmetics experience preferred.
  • Professional qualification (i.e. Customs Broker License etc.) or Customs broker experience related to Logistics is preferred.
  • Have knowledge of import shipment and customs clearance.
  • Service minded, co-operative, must be a team player with excellent organization and co-ordination skills
  • Strong PC skills, expertise with Windows, MS Office, SAP applications.
  • Fluent written, reading and spoken English is Preferred
  • University Graduate in Logistics/Supply Chain, Business or chemistry department  preferred.
