KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Digital ecosystem management: Coordinating all projects streams, driving milestones, progression tracking, implementation, ensuring technical integration and deployment, change management
  • Actively participating to cross-functional projects and implementing high value digital applications with a strong business impact
  • Managing projects (timeline, budget…) from start to finish, including handing over projects to subsequent stakeholders
  • Handling all functional specifications
  • Communicating on the projects with all departments (business, IT, corporate services…)
  • Identifying new opportunities as well as facilitating & optimizing the implementation of new applications or features
  • Training end users as well as being the key point of contact for support needs
  • Create documentations related to new project procedures, end user manuals and operation guidelines.
  • Be responsible to roll out HQ and regional digital solutions across Maisons and Group Functions
  • Organize training for Maison / CRC end users’ competency upgrade following new operation needs.
  • Coordinate operational and functional testing for new project activation and new features implementations
  • Implement effective process/workflow adjustments based on workload and analysis of statistical data
  • Support between Korean and English translation on internal and external documentations

 

 

 SKILLS 

  • Fluent both in Korean & English
  • MS Office proficiency (Word/ PowerPoint / Excel / Outlook)
  • Prior experience with excellent digital project management skill with ownership and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High attention to detail
  • Flexible and positive way of thinking about change
  • Proficiency with the Contact center, CRM and eCommerce systems & tools
  • Excellent planning, organizational, time management, and analytical skills
  • Ability to analyze information, identify problems and develop action plans

 

 

PROFILE

 

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Project Management / e-Commerce / Client Relations Centre (Experience in Salesforce and SAP a plus)
  • Digital savvy and can think out of the box. Strong passion for web, mobile, technologies to create an exceptional customer experience
  • Strong understanding of online and offline customer journey 
  • Demonstrate project management skills and project delivery on time 
  • Solid understanding of the Korean consumer behavior and digital landscape
  • Fast-learner, rigorous, organized, dynamic, proactive and team player
  • Independent and able to treat confidential information
  • Experience from a group environment a plus
  • Strong organizational, coordination skills and attention to detail 
  • Must possess the ability to work in a dynamic, service oriented, matrix corporate environment
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
