HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

Import/Export & Trace Compliance Specialist is mainly responsible for handling of importing, exporting and DFS Sales/Return shipments in timely manner to meet KPI and making sure that all of products comply with local Government law and Richemont Group directive.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Handle the import/export/DFS operation to meet KPI(s)
  • Handle the internal and external regular and ad-hoc audits
  • Support the ad-hoc project of company business or brand event
  • Handle or support the analysis of the report related to import/export & Trade Compliance

 

Handing main operation :

  • Handle the general Import and Export Customs clearance by coordinating with Customs broker, preparing the related documents and monitoring the status etc.
  • Handle the special shipments of ATA Carnet and Hand carry shipments etc. and prepare the special documents like CITES permit
  • Handle DFS shipments (Direct import, Sell-in and Return)
  • Coordinate with brands to meet their regular and ad-hoc expectation
  • Coordinate with Brand to control import, export & DFS issues.
  • Support the regular and ad-hoc reports and analyze the import and export.
  • Monitor 3PL (Customs broker etc.) and report the operation issue.
  • Comply with internal policies, SOPs, local regulation and Group directives
  • Support the internal and external regular and ad-hoc audits Handle claim process for stock discrepancy or damage issue

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

  • Minimum 3 year-experience in import/export/trade compliance role at Logistics department in multinational company(s).
  • Have knowledge of import shipment and customs clearance.
  • Service minded, co-operative, must be a team player with excellent organization and co-ordination skills
  • Strong PC skills, expertise with Windows, MS Office, SAP applications.
  • Professional qualification (i.e. Customs Broker License etc.) related to Logistics is preferred.
  • Fluent written, reading and spoken English is Preferred
  • University Graduate in Logistics/Supply Chain or Business preferred.
