HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

 

This position is responsible for conducting global and local projects/service delivery including Retail efficiency program, automation and data. Moreover, managing IT infrastructure and operation under the control of Tech Manager.

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

IT Project implementation and support successful

 

  • Implement and deploy technology-driven projects approved by group/regional/local management.
  • Coordinate with projects shareholders to check on project progression and suggest improvements to make the work efficient.
  • Coordinate with the team in discussing project development, costing, benefits, adjusting timing, and reducing risks.

 

 

IT Project implementation and support successful

 

  • Implement and deploy technology-driven projects approved by group/regional/local management.
  • Coordinate with projects shareholders to check on project progression and suggest improvements to make the work efficient.
  • Coordinate with the team in discussing project development, costing, benefits, adjusting timing, and reducing risks.

 

Initiate and implement retail efficiency program and Automation

 

  • Retail technology: Fully leverage retail technologies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Retail activities and implement retail efficiency program and to apply new knowledge to traditional subjects.
  • Retail automation: Drive work process digitization and automation to improve productivity especially in Retail business, operations by eliminating or minimizing manual work process and flow.
  • Initiate Innovation and automation project with various IT Tools.
  • Experience with RPA and AI Project.

 

Ensure customer service and business engagement  

 

  • Support all IT incidents/requests initiated via ticketing system (SNOW), phone or email to ensure they are handled timely and resolved according to service level agreement (SLA).
  • Handle escalated incidents/requests from both helpdesk team as well as customer.
  • Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints.
  • Collaboration with stakeholder within key functions as well as digital team to create a high-performance team.

 

Ensure IT Infrastructure availability and performance

 

  • Implement and deploy all infrastructure/systems according to Group standards and aligned practices
  • Operate IT infrastructure setup including office, retail boutique, warehouse and technical center.
  • Implement backup-up, recovery & emergency procedures and apply them.
  • Take ownership of the computer room setup and operation

 

Manage IT hardware, software, and network resources within budget and guideline

 

  • Purchase and implement new machines (PCs, servers, network equipment) and new software under the control of Tech Manager
  • Upgrade of existing machines / software where necessary
  • Manage the software and hardware Inventory with accuracy

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

 

Technical Competencies

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of automation and the latest technologies – MS Office365 Products (Power Platform, Microsoft CoPilot etc.)
  • Good knowledge understanding in RPA, AI, Chatbot, Ui-Path etc.
  • At least 10 years of IT working experience with IT Services/Operations/Project Management
  • Experience in retail/FMCG and Luxury goods project background a plus.
  • Experience and good knowledge in service delivery management, Office365, SharePoint, Cloud Platform and Digital technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of Project management
  • Solid knowledge of ITSM
