POSITION SUMMARY:
The purpose of this position is to provide full spectrum of Human Resources Services to the Richemont Brands.
MAIN ACTIVITIES :
Recruitment and Selection
- Process all local recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner
- Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report, talent database and all related staffing communication
- Support brand related orientation program for employee i.e. business and DNA
Compensation and Benefits
- Co-ordinate with payroll team to ensure a smooth and efficient payroll operations (variable compensation, overtime, expatriates compensation, special payments)
- To compile all data needed for the Annual Salary Review, and the performance analysis
- To plan and manage budget together with Business and Finance team
- To analyse benchmark data to ensure competitive salary level of the organization
- To monitor and alert to Maison or Finance team any variance between the budgeted and actual salaries and headcount
- Produce and submit information for “knowledge sharing” with Group HR i.e. country outlook, pay-mix etc.
- To provide information to Expatriate staffs regarding C&B (Tax; Social Benefits) information
Employee Relations
- To foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communication
- To conduct exit and grievance interviews with all respective departments/staffs
- To assist in handling all local labour tribunal cases
- To detect and handle complaints, disputes and grievances of all staffs and to report them to the Human Resources Director
Talent Management
- Manage healthy talent pipeline within organization thru talent review and development initiatives
- Support the talent management agenda (from identification to write up of individual development plan)
- Identify key skills, specialty skills and propose training development needs based on the Group philosophy
- Interface with L&D Manager for the implementation of diverse training programs to meet the business needs where appropriate
- Manage, communicate and delivering important projects that impact other parts of the organisation
Project Management
- To manage HR team project upon business needs
- To participate global/regional project as necessary
DIMENSIONS
- Management of around 200~300 staff
- No. of boutiques : around 40~50
KEY RELATIONSHIP WITH:
- Internal contacts
- Strong line of reporting with: HR Director / Brand MD
- He/She will also liaise with: Support Function Team
- He/She will work closely with Finance Department
- External contacts
- Lawyers, Immigration Department, Estate agents, Recruitment agencies, Benefits providers (medical, life, retirement), auditors, translators
REPORTING LINES
- Direct manager: HR Director
- Reviewing manager: HR Director
- Number of Staff reporting to the position: 1 (Co-pilot concept)
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Around 15 years HR experience with sizeable multi-national companies
- Exposure to advanced HR practices
- Experience in managing HR projects and execution
- Computer literacy and conversant with labour regulations
- Good spoken / written English is essential
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTAINMENTS
- University graduate
- Professional training in HR areas like C&B, Selection Interview, Training and Development is desirable
