HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
HR Manager is mainly responsible for driving HR initiative and providing comprehensive HR supports with added value approach.
In addition, this person will be fully in charge of the end-to-end employee journey from recruitment to exit of people especially for retail population.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Advisory & Workforce Planning
- Have a good understanding of the business and strategy; establish a strong partnership with your stakeholders across all levels.
- Analyze requirements from business on workforce planning, work closely with Senior HR Manager and Retail Performance team to formulate a workforce plan to cope with business growth.
- Support business leaders by providing professional human resources advice, counsel, and decisions.
- Explore opportunities to add value to business performance.
- Lead development strategic plan aligning business objective for retail population.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communication
Compensation & Benefits
- Work closely with Senior HR Manager and Group C&B team on salary benchmarking exercises, make recommendations based on market data and organizations' priorities.
- Analyze internal and external data to identify risks and opportunities, make recommendations for action plans.
- Be responsible for retail population labour cost.
- Support the annual salary & bonus review in the coverage.
- Manage sales incentive rules in relation to HR aspect.
Talent Acquisition
- Lead boutique talent acquisition strategies and be in charge of hiring.
- Partner with TA team on boutique recruitment; keep track on recruitment process, update stakeholders on a timely manner and report the information with relevant stakeholders.
Talent Management and Engagement
- Managing the overall Talent Management cycle in a systemic way for the boutique team; facilitating the Talent Review and Succession Planning sessions, communicate strategically and effectively with all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Learning and Development, Retail Training to design development programs for key talents.
Ad-hoc HR Project
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, preferably in sizeable multi-national companies.
- Experience in managing HR projects and execution
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Fluent in English and Korean
