MAIN PURPOSE

In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders, HR Business Partner (HRBP), and the Finance team(Controllers) to streamline HR cost and headcount planning processes. Beyond planning, you will also contribute to a broad range of HR generalist activities. You will provide valuable business insights by compiling and analyzing HR data, contributing to strategic decision-making.

To succeed, you will operate effectively at both hands-on and strategic levels, influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization and making a significant impact on the business.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 

HR Cost/Headcount Planning  
 

  • Manage overall budget and forecast process and schedule
  • Provide critical assessment of all headcount budgets and cost projections
  • Translates People movement & initiatives into cost implications, providing clear and accurate manpower budget reports to the Finance team on timely basis.
  • Partner with HRBP and Finance team to ensure a good quality of headcount planning & its costs track, analysis, assumption and forecast
  • Serve as the bridge of communication between local and regional level
  • Validate monthly staff cost including payroll, accruals and other staff cost vs. Budget/Forecast in collaboration with HR payroll team
  • Managing Workday workforce planning tool (Adaptive) as key user 

 

HR Business partnering

  • Manage recruitment and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain data and generate HR reports
  • Support performance management and development programs.

 

KEY CRITERIA

  • Bachelor’s degree (Accounting/Finance or equivalent is preferred)
  • Accuracy and Deadline & Detail Oriented
  • Good understanding of HR functions
  • +6 years of experience in HR (At least +3 years of experience in ‘In-house payroll’ or ‘Cost planning & controlling is required)
  • Ability to handle highly confidential material
  • Exceptionally well-organized with an aptitude for data; strong data analytical skills, including advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel, SAP
  • Ability to prioritize work, solve problems independently and proactively; ensure all target are met within heavy workload and pressurized environment
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
