[Richemont Group] IT Service Desk Analyst

1) IT service desk (50%)
- Support end-users on IT hardware and software.
- Deploy and upgrade OS and Install applications (Office365, Teams, Skype, etc.)
- Procure IT hardware and manage IT asset
- Repair hardware and resolve software issues by co-working with global team and 3rd party vendor
- Provide end-users regular/on-demand IT training
- Register and manage incident, service request ticket in ITSM system (Service now)
- Perform L1 support role on business application (AS400, SAP, etc.)
2) Global/Local IT project support (25%)
- Support and assist local & global project implementation.
- Support new site(boutique) opening by communicating project stakeholders
3) IT Infrastructure (25%)
- Perform system monitoring and IT maintenance on network devices and servers
- Data/configuration backup support by utilizing standard backup solution
- Server room maintenance (CRAC, UPS, alarm system, etc.)
Job Requirements
• 3-4 years of relevant IT work experience is required
• Positive and patient attitude is must
• Business English skill is required
• IT related degree is preferred but not mandatory
• Work experiences in MS platform/Cisco networking environment is preferred
• Work experiences in retail industry is preferred
• ITIL certificate holder or ITSM skill an advantage
