The purpose of this position is to provide full spectrum of Payroll and C&B related Services to the Richemont Brands and functions



  • Key responsibility 1 Payroll

 -  Payroll management the full scope of payroll processing with outsourcing vendor
 -  Consolidate source data like incentive, overtime and expatriate benefits etc. for monthly salary run and check the data quality from brands and other related teams
 -  Validate source data for payment in HR system
 -  Upload bank file to bank website and follow up the payment results
 -  Salary reimbursement process
 -  Make the ledger file to request for finance to book salary payment
 -  Manage External staff service fee


  •  Key responsibility 2 Withholding Taxes and Social Taxes

-   Reconcile variances between payroll withholding and actual payment to government for social taxes
-   Perform Year-end tax filing with third-party
-   Monthly expense process 


  • Key responsibility 3 Retirement Pension

-   Check the eligibility and add new eligible employees in working file
-   Validate DC pension contribution and request the payment to finance
-   Process early withdrawal and Final claim for resignees
-   Handle DC Pension service provider


  • Key responsibility 4 Accruals and Monthly closing

-    Calculate and make accrual file for HR costs
-    Communicate and cooperate with finance on HR cost


  • Key responsibility 5 Benefit operation

-    Handle benefit programs and related inquired
     Medical Insurance, Medical Check-up, Gift voucher, In-house club, Children Tuition Fee Support, Congratulations and Condolences etc.
-    Handle benefit programs with service provider


  •  Key responsibility 6 Compensation and Benefits

-    Support and Manage C&B programs
-    Support C&B team as required


  • Key responsibility 7 Others

-    Receive employees’ queries on payroll and respond promptly and properly
-    Follow up all payroll related audits
-    HR system management
-    HR related administration as required

-    Bachelor’s degree
-    At least 1-3 year experience in payroll and cooperation with accounting
-    Fluent in English
-    SAP experience preferred
-    MS Office advanced skill
