Richemont is committed to innovation and designing new products in which Sustainability plays a key role for creating our Fashion & Accessories Products and related operations more sustainable. We are looking for a brilliant candidate who is experienced in sustainable fashion products and materials development who will act as key figure for managing new sustainability projects in fashion & accessories Industry (LG etc.), based in Scandicci (Florence), working cross Maisons and willing to travel to trade fairs and events around Italy.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Joining Innovation Team, you’ll be in charge of:
- Following ongoing and new sustainability projects related to LG (Raw Materials and Finished Product) finding innovative solutions for Fashion & Accessories departments
- Scouting innovative sustainable materials and process for Richemont’s Maisons participating in events, conferences & fairs
- Sharing the acquired knowledge on materials and processes with the team and Maison’s internal R&D and Supply Chain teams
- Managing relationships with startups and suppliers
- Organizing and animate the material library
- Coordinating qualification tests for material approval
- Providing support in administrative tasks and provide regular reporting on ongoing projects
WHO YOU ARE
- You have a degree from Fashion Institutes on product design and development with focus on sustainability (knowledge in product 3D rendering will be considered as a plus)
- You have a first significant professional experience in innovation, product development or product design in the Fashion Industry (LG or similar)
- You have strong ability of persuasion and project management skills
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Good knowledge of Excel and MS Power Point
