About the role:

 

We're looking for a brilliant Engineer who will join Supply Chain Team of one of our Maisons. He/She will be in charge of production planning and monitoring for LG/SLG accessories, working closely with finished product manufacturers and will be the point of contact for managing product master data entered into SAP and monitoring manufacturer performance data.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

In this position, for LG accessories, you will lead activities of:

  • Periodic/weekly follow-up of manufacturers production plans, monitoring manufacturers performance
  • Analysing and monitoring of all required R&C materials for all categories for manufacturers
  • Supporting all tasks regarding inbound/outbound goods planning together with warehouse, logistics and administration teams
  • Updating, controlling and maintaining master data accuracy in SAP
  • Monitoring special cross-collection projects by periodically interfacing with other Maison functions and external partners
  • Elaborating and monitoring of supplier KPIs dashboards

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • You have an Engineering Degree or equivalent
  • You have 2-3 years of experience in a production planning and progress monitoring role within Fashion & Luxury/ Pharmaceutical/ Automotive (or equivalent) Industry
  • You have a good knowledge of production cycle and production systems
  • You are good at using Excel (Pivot, Cerca_vert etc.)
  • You are fluent in English;
  • You have experience in using ERP/PLM tools (SAP knowledge would be a plus)
  • Ability to forecast and manage inventory
  • Time Management, adaptability and problem solving skills
