The Senior Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting the brand image and achieve the monthly sales objectives, offering exclusive client experience in line with the brand guidelines, reporting to the Boutique Manager.




  • Achieve monthly sales objectives. 
  • Anticipate and create sales opportunities.

       Acquire & Manage Clients

  • Act as Brand ambassador in and outside of the Boutique.  Build brand and boutique awareness and equity.
  • Generate prospects and convert to clients.
  • Obtain, input, and update clients and prospects information.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

     Deliver Clients In-store Experience

  • Maintain high level of display, visual merchandising themes, and boutique condition and environment, in coherence with Brand strategy.
  • Upgrade professional knowledge not only in A. Lange &Söhne brand products but also in market knowledge, to be able to act as speaking partner with clients
  • Customize presentations and interactions with each client by using observation of the clients and the information discovered from clients
  • Administrative Related
  • Follow the group retail policies and procedures
  • Follow the group security policies and procedures
  • Maintain boutique back office high standard operation
  • Prepare monthly reports

        JOB PROFILE:

  • Sales Oriented person with proven records in his/her previous positions.
  • Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics, Confident to attend and deal with elite clientele
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail oriented with a pleasing personality; demonstrate an energetic and positive attitude; team player.
  • Excellent in oral and written Arabic. Strong English command is a plus.
  • Existing intimate knowledge of one or more fine watch brands is a plus.
