Purpose of the Role:
To perform various administrative tasks and support our HR department’s daily activities.
HR Intern Responsibilities:
Onboarding/ Offboarding
- Support in the scheduling of new starter meetings and follow ups with L&D team to ensure all new starters are fully onboarded into their new role and have all the tools and information to be successful
- Draft HR announcements for all KSA new joiners and update KSA Org Charts
- Maintain an up-to-date data base of all new joiners, leavers, promotions, transfers to facilitate LE preparation
- Update the system (New Joiners & Leavers)
Operations
- Prepare HR Reports
- Provide administrative support to line managers during the HR processes, SAP job creations, transfers, SAP reporting
- Support in HR Daily Operations and Employee Requests
- Support in Daily HR Ad-hock requests
HR Intern Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
