MAIN PURPOSE

The HR Executive will support the HR Manager in the daily HR operations and in the recruitment process for specific positions. She/he will actively contribute to the development and implementation of projects at local and international level as part of the KSA strategy.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Recruitment and Selection

  • Be part of the recruitment process and selection for all positions
  • Ensure the development of a talent pipeline for Cartier UAE liaising with the RIC Talent team, anticipate urgent needs and build capacity to effectively recruit candidates
  • Continuously share market intelligence and innovative ways of recruiting for Cartier KSA
  • Build up strong talent pool for our Cartier Retail community
  • Accompany HR Manager on market visits and build strong relationships with our boutique teams

Onboarding

  • Support in the scheduling of new starter meetings and follow ups with L&D team to ensure all new starters are fully onboarded into their new role and have all the tools and information to be successful
  • Draft HR announcements for all KSA new joiners and update KSA Org Charts
  • Maintain an up-to-date data base of all new joiners, leavers, promotions, transfers to facilitate LE preparation
  • Support in Townhall & slides preparation

Operations

  • Follow up on offer letters status with Admin team
  • Prepare HR Reports
  • Provide administrative support to line managers during the HR processes, SAP job creations, transfers, SAP reporting
  • Support in preparation of PMP exercise
  • Support in Daily HR Ad-hock requests

Employer Branding

  • Assist in organize activity to enhance employer branding and drive employer’s visibility online
  • Contribute to Corporate Social Responsibility activities for the KSA team
  • Assist in building and leveraging long-term and sustainable partnerships with universities and local institutions to enhance ongoing projects and build pipeline for Cartier Graduate Program

Educational Background

  • Bachelor degree in BA, HR, or equivalent

Technical/Work-based Skills or specific knowledge (Must Have)

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English
  • Saudi national as per Saudi labor law
  • Previous experience as HR generalist
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools
  • Experience in SAP HR is a plus

Experience

  • 2-3 years of experience in HR
  • Solid understanding of retail business requirements
  • Strong knowledge in competency based recruiting
  • Understanding of Saudi Labor Law
  • Hands-on experience in HR Operations
