Within an international and multi-branded environment, Richemont Customer Service (RCS) mission is to provide an efficient organizational model to optimize the worldwide Customer Service operations, bringing efficiency, consistency, innovation, performance and control.

 

The RCS department is currently opening a 1-year contract.
The main focus will be on jewellery activities and jewellery network to support the development of our business. Other transversal projects will be part of the job in order to elevate our Client satisfaction and optimize our operational efficiency.

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? 
You will work with talented multidisciplinary colleagues on those different tasks:

  • Participate in the continuous improvement of our worldwide jewellery activities e.g., service offer, network development
  • Participate in the digitalization of our processes
  • Be proactive in developing new tools to monitor and support the business
  • Develop tools to help drive and monitor daily activities
  • Assist in creating and updating department template and presentations
  • Assess current situation, identify areas of improvement, propose & implement solutions
  • Challenge our operational activities to develop performance and worldwide consistency

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?

  • Engineer degree (Industry, Supply Chain, other technical focuses), business degree or equivalent
  • A first successful experience in project management or in industrial areas
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Good analytics skills
  • Proactivity and dynamism
  • At ease to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Willingness to travel
