Within an international and multi-branded environment, Richemont Customer Service (RCS) mission is to provide an efficient organization model to optimize the worldwide Customer Service operations, bringing efficiency, consistency, performance and control.

 

The RCS department is currently opening an internship position as Project Manager Assistant. The aim of the internship is to provide support to Project Managers involved in defining/applying the Group’s customer service program through strategic, operational and organization projects.

 

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? 

 

1. Contribute to continuous improvement projects related to the organization, structure and control of the worldwide service centers network:

  • Define operational standards (lean management, process optimization, 5S, HSE, compliance, etc.)
  • Implement new Digital solutions (Diagnostic tool, repair tool…)
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our service centers based on our Maisons policies
  • Document operational procedures and guidelines to be rolled out in service centers
  • Support Richemont Maisons and Regions in the implementation of harmonized business processes
  • Define project roadmap, monitor the progress and maintain deadlines

 

2. Review operational performance and organizational efficiencies of our repair service centers:

  • Review and enhance analysis tools to measure efficiency (i.e. STO, VSM…)
  • Build a benchmark grid to compare service centers performance
  • Perform data analysis and provide Management report
  • Define potential areas for improvement
  • Perform regular status with involved entities and direct report

 

 

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? 

 

  • You have a master’s degree in engineering
  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French.
  • You have excellent listening and communication skills
  • You have good knowledge of project/organization management and are results-oriented
  • Proactivity, Adaptability, and Autonomy
  • Ability to travel worldwide
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • You are available for a 6-month internship with a start date 15.01.2025
  • You have an internship agreement with your school/university
