Richemont Group Marketing is looking for its new Senior Executive Assistant

 

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Reporting to the Group Marketing & Strategic Planning Director and working closely with the Strategic Planning Deputy Director, the Senior Executive Assistant key missions are to:

 

  • Support the Group Marketing & Strategic Planning Director in her daily organization (50%): organizing meetings, travels, managing emails, expenses notes and facilitating communications between Group marketing department and with others Richemont departments
  • Organize several recurring Group strategic meetings gathering senior management (35%): organization, agenda, content consolidation, attendance...
  • Contribute to the organization of several Group Marketing events (15%): organization of different conferences, team building, annual seminar for the department. The position will require some business travel

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in assistantship, preferably for Senior Directors in large organizations
  • Organized, rigorous, autonomous and proactive
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Manages confidentiality and diplomacy      
  • Flexible, with a good sense of priorities and the ability to work under tight deadlines    
  • Fluent in English and French. Italian/German are a plus
  • Proficient use of the Microsoft Office suite      
  • Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus

This position, with cadre status (211 days worked per year), is based in the heart of Paris, in the 8th arrondissement (Miromesnil).
