Within Richemont Group, Marketing is a dynamic and international department supporting the Maisons, Online Distributors and the Group on their marketing strategies. More specifically, the Market Intelligence department’s mission is to provide a 360° view of the luxury market and clients.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

 

The Executive Assistant supports departments within Marketing Services in the management of their projects, their publications, their travels, their organisational and administrative requirements. To ensure the success of your job, here is some missions you are offered to do:

 

 

Within the Market Intelligence Department (Consumer Practice, Competitor Practice, Data Practice) depending on their own needs and timings – the assistant provides:  

 

  • Personal assistance to the Director,
  • Accountability SAP management liaising with managers,
  • Administrative support to the teams,
  • Organisation of meetings, plannings, travels, presentation roadshows, events
  • Publication processes: suppliers, calendars, printing, distribution (proofreading if necessary)
  • Help on specific projects according to the level of activity (ex: CRM database catching or excel files management)
  • Provide support in the regular recruitment of interns – publication of internship offers, first selection of resumes based on the requirements of each practice
  • Coordination with HR, IT and other support team.
  • Help transversally the budget taskforce: purchase orders management / creation of vendors / monthly budget reporting and global reporting when financial closure.
  • Work in cooperation with the other Marketing Services sub-department to help optimizing the administration support of Marketing Services Department
  • Help on transversal office management or specific events.

 

 

THE PROFILE

 

 

  • Background: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or a similar role

 

  • Personal competencies: very organised and structured, at ease with figures and willing to participate in the financial performance objectives of a young and dynamic team

 

  • Technical competencies: knowledge of accounting rules and basic budget management rules

 

  • Software: at ease with Microsoft Office applications; already masters Excel with a good level of expertise and is motivated to reach advanced skills with Excel (database analysis functions, PivotTables…)

 

  • Languages: Fluent in French & English
