Richemont owns some of the world’s leading luxury goods Maisons, with particular strengths in jewellery, fine 
watches and premium accessories. Each Maison represents a proud tradition of style, quality and craftsmanship 
and Richemont seeks to preserve the heritage and identity of each of its Maisons. At the same time, we are 
committed to innovation and designing new products which are in keeping with our Maisons’ values, through a 
process of continuous creativity.
Richemont Group Marketing purpose is to help, support and serve the Richemont Group and its Maisons with a 
variety of expertise, from Market Intelligence to Media, PR and Digital support, along with Strategic Planning.
The department serves as an internal consultancy on strategic development. More specifically, the Strategic
Planning Department, an incubator for innovation and creativity supports the Maisons and the Group on topics
related to brand equity, strategic development, and prospective and inspirational content.

 


AS A MEMBER OF THE STRATEGIC PLANNING TEAM, WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You support our Maisons in their strategic projects across product categories (Watches/Jewelry/Fashion
& Accessories). Concretely you will:

  • Participate to strategic adhoc request to support Richemont Maisons in collaboration with other Group Marketing departments
  • Participate in benchmarking activities
  • Work on brand equity related topics 
  • Conduct marketing & financial due diligence of competitors 
  • Assist in the creation of prospective and inspirational content for Maisons 

This internship is a great opportunity to develop a strong understanding of the luxury industry, its takes
and its long-term shaping trends. You will work in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy a senior exposition.

 


WHAT DOES THE IDEAL CANDIDATE LOOKS LIKE?

  • You are a Master student from a top school or university
  • You have a first relevant professional experience, ideally in Marketing or/and in the Luxury Industry
  • You are highly detail–orientated, flexible, efficient and autonomous
  • You have a strong analytical profile, are comfortable with figures and able to create visual and impactful presentations (PowerPoint)
  • You have an open-minded and curious mindset 
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced but friendly environment, and have good interpersonal skills
  • You are fluent in English with a good level ofFrench
  • You are knowledge able aboutthe luxury industry
