MAISONS: Serapian / AZ Factory

Richemont owns some of the world’s leading luxury goods Maisons, with particular strengths in jewellery, fine watches and premium accessories. Each Maison represents a proud tradition of style, quality and craftsmanship and Richemont seeks to preserve the heritage and identity of each of its Maisons. At the same time, we are committed to innovation and designing new products which are in keeping with our Maisons’ values, through a process of continuous creativity.



Our start up and fast growing Maisons Serapian and AZ Factory, are now embracing a new journey with an internal transformation to be more deliver faster solutions to better serve our clients. Hence the Maisons are internalizing the management of all business related applications, so far managed by other Group IT functions. The position will be based in Milan and/or in Paris and the role will cover two Maison Serapian (60%) and AZ Factory (40%) and will require some travelling. The Applications portfolio currently includes the Enterprise solutions (SAP Business One, SAP Retail One), ECOM solution, CRM (under development), Power BI (that needs continuous improvement), Bespoke digital tool



  • Project Management
    • Plan and manage IT projects of various sizes with pre-aligned outcomes
    • Manage Stakeholders by efficient communication: share status, issue and risk
    • Coordinate external IT partners and Group resources during the implementation and deployment for new applications or enhancement
    • Monitor and manage associated budget, working with the financial controllers.
  • Business Consultancy
    • Able to gather business requirements, judge with evidence and make necessary consultation or escalation
    • Be able to prioritize conflicting requests for internal resources and external partners and communicate to stakeholders
  • Communication
    • Act as a key contact for local business retail/ ecommerce / wholesale operation teams as well as HQ IT experts team
    • Able to communicate logically and persuasively to business users, external IT partners, IT support team and HQ expert team.



  • Brand architecture
    • Build the brand IT architecture based on brands’ and users strategic priorities & define roadmap always in close collaboration with Group IT
    • Ensure compliance with our security standards
    • Assess & maintain existing reporting tools (native SAP Business One Reports, Power BI)
    • General IT - Supporting users with everyday use and solving system queries (from Excel queries to system compliances)
  • SAP
    • SAP Business 1 / assess status of the systems and identity key projects according to business needs (reportings, invoicing, PLM integration…)
    • SAP GEMINI integration in Italy, and follow-up in Japan, potentially Middle East + eventual integration with SAP B1
    • Ecommerce – integration with SAP with new ecommerce model. Maintenance and evolution
    • Ecommerce – omnichannel evolution (Boutique and Stock integration)
    • CRM – Assessment of existing technology/functionalities in order to gain quick wins
    • CRM - Definition of work roadmap according to Richemont framework (Elevate Program) and strategic priorities
    • Digital Bespoke tool – support in the integration
    • Support and coordinate regional roll-outs to ensure WW IT consistency, focus on Japan & Middle first: CRM, IT architecture, SAP integrations…



  • Bachelors in Business or Engineering and having work experience of at least 3-5 years in IT Applications and/or project management
  • Understanding of the business practices 
  • Enthusiast in new IT technology and devices
  • Fluency in Italian, English and French
  • Self-starter, objective-oriented, user-focused
  • Analytical and problems solving skills
  • Capability to structure complex issues
  • Previous experience in project management
  • Interpersonal skills and at ease to collaborate effectively in small and dynamic environments
  • Leadership skills to coordinate teams and project without direct reports 
  • Written & oral communication skills
  • The job implies travels to BTQs and other countries (France / Switzerland)
  • Technical expertise:
    • Knowledge of basic network 
    • general overview of business applications
    • general SAP and Cegid Orli (ERP) knowledge as a plus
    • knowledge of IT environments
