We are looking for a strategic thinker, to join the Total Rewards team who is passionate about evolving the employee experience through innovative approaches and programs within Total Rewards.  The Manager, Compensation will focus primarily on developing, and administering compensation programs across Richemont North America in partnership with the Global Total Rewards team, and Richemont North America leaders and business partners. 



·         Administer and maintain pay structures, including compensation benchmarking and position assessments.

·         Provide consultation to HR business partners on position assessments and competitive pay packages. 

·         Manage the annual compensation planning process including; budgeting, systems support, training, administration and reporting.

·         Responsible for administering bonus, incentive and commission programs.

·         Responsible for managing expat programs; including assignment allowances, reporting and taxation.

·         Recommend compensation plan revisions, as well as new plans, which are cost effective and in line with market trends, best practices and Global Total Rewards objectives.

·         Monitors and ensure compliance with governmental regulations related to compensation programs.

·         Leverage technology and partner with Global Total Rewards to develop the technical systems, automated business processes and workflows that support total rewards program delivery and administration.



·         Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Administration or related field.

·         3-5 years of experience in compensation including position benchmarking, compensation planning and program administration. Or 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role in consulting or finance.

·         Knowledge and experience across the spectrum of broad-based total rewards including in-depth experience building and maintaining pay structures.

·         A track record of designing and implementing compensation programs.

·         Data driven mind set, with strong reporting and data analysis.

·         Strong project planning skills including; needs assessment, analysis, research, implementation and evaluation.

·         HRIS/HCM experience required; SAP/Success Factors experience a plus.

·         Understanding of relevant laws, regulations and compliance in the US and Canada.

·         Pluses: experience managing expat programs, experience administering commission programs, experience managing equity plans, or prior experience in a compensation role within the retail industry. 


RNA is based in Manhattan with offices in Midtown East. Some team members are based in other locations, and periodic travel may be required to Shelton, CT; Dallas, TX; Mississauga, ON.  Occasional travel to Richemont’s headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, may be necessary.
