Administrator – Temp

Reports to: Sr. Manager, Physical Security, Health & Safety Environment Ops – North America

 

 

Role Overview:

 

The Administrator who will support the North America security team will assume direct responsibility for supporting both the corporate and field personnel on daily tasks, department-wide projects and policy and procedure. They will assist directly in the PO process, security reporting, meeting planning, etc.

 

Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Support corporate and field personnel

 

  • Manage department PO processes

 

  • Helps develop, implement, and maintain security policies and procedures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

 

  • Create and maintain security reports

 

  • Collaborate with finance teams, and other team members on budgeting and allocating funds.

 

  • Assist with the implementation of new security technologies.

 

  • Establish cross-functional relationships with other departments to ensure compliance with policies

 

  • Obtains, compiles, organizes, and prepares information and data for various reports meetings, agendas.

 

  • Oversee the delivery of projects and make adjustments as necessary.

 

  • Coordinates special administrative projects as assigned

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience

 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including SharePoint, Word, and Excel

 

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills essential

 

  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize.

 

  • Analytical skills to monitor progress of an undertaking and identify areas needing adjustment or improvement

 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

 

  • Travel requirements (Moderate)

Expected Salary Range: $29 - $32 hourly
