We are looking for a Tax Compliance Specialist who will cooperate with the Accounting & Reporting team and the manager to ensure strong tax and general accounting, tax compliance activities and control for the several Legal Entities of the Richemont Group in Italy & Greece.

 

How will you make an impact?

  • Manage Payroll accounting posting, VAT Liquidation, Group VAT Consolidation, the review of VAT Registers correctness, the preparation of the Monthly Intrastat Declaration, the preparation of yearly Certificazione Unica (CU), the preparation of yearly 770 Declaration, the calculation of Witholding Tax (Ritenute d’acconto) and related payments and postings, the print out of Mandatory Books (VAT Register, Journal Entires Book, Fixed Assets Register, Customers and Suppliers Subledgers, etc), the invoices issuance indicating the correct VAT Treatment, General accounting records (e.g. accruals, deferrals, accounting reclassifications, etc) linked to tax, payroll accounting and insurance payments;
  • Support the preparation of VAT Quarterly Liquidation e-filling, the Yearly VAT Declaration e-filling, the FY Opening/Closing process, the Internal Controlling tax compliance activities, the implementation of new tax compliance controls
  • Performs some accounting Controls and reconciliations linked to tax compliances and payroll activities
  • Support the colleagues to provide the tax and payroll information for corporate tax calculations
  • Cooperate closely with internal and/or external auditors

 

How will you experience success with us?

  • You are fluent in Italian and English
  • You have a Degree/Bachelor in Economics or Business Administration
  • You have previous experience in Accounting and Reporting and are strongly interested in fiscal and compliance matters
  • You are a collaborative and supportive team player
  • You believe in constant learning and apply your curiosity to further deepen your knowledge in Accounting and Tax topics, remaining up to date with new legal requirements
  • You have an impeccable attention to details, even when performing daily tasks
  • Excellence use of Microsoft Office. SAP knowledge would be a plus
