Retail Finance Back Office Specialist

The RFBO Specialist is responsible for all Retail Accounting, guaranteeing administrative and fiscal support to the Boutique's staff and coordinating the execution of the monthly and year-end fiscal stocks of all the Group's Boutiques. The successful candidate will be personally involved as SAP key user finance in new retail projects.
How will you make an impact?
- Boutique administrative support: he/she will provide support to the Richemont retail network, collaborating on ordinary activities as well as all the department's efficiency and digitalization projects.
- Retail accounting and credit card reconciliation: he/she will guarantee the correctness of the Retail registrations and, through the SAP management system and the Matchbox tool, will register the collections with credit cards.
- Management of boutique payment transactions with particular focus on bank transfers through the SAP management system.
- Boutique stock control: he/she will carry out checks inside the boutique and coordinate the carrying out of inventories by analyzing any differences.
- Red-lights boutique: he/she will have full management of the red-lights generated in the boutique, guaranteeing the Richemont Controlling Team complete registration at the end of the month.
- New retail projects: he/she will be involved personally as a Finance SAP key user and will participate in the development of the ""RFBO Italy Community"", which aims to make the updating of the boutiques continuous and real time.
- ICS controls: he/she will analyze the monthly reports required by the Group's ICS (Internal Control System).
How will you experience success with us?
- Prior experience within the Finance function, ideally within retail
- Excellent communication skills, including fluent Italian and English
- Strong problem solving skills
- Immaculate attention to details
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Positive and proactive attitude, curiosity and a continuous learning mindset
- Ability to prioritise and reprioritize
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office and SAP
