Serapian, the historical Milanese fine leather goods Maison, is currently recruiting a Digital&Ecommerce Specialist to integrate its dynamic team.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Under the direction of the Digital&Ecommerce Manager, lead the daily management of the Online Store, this will include catalog management, orders management, website maintenance.

 

  • Liaise with external partners to ensure continuity of ecommerce platform and manage bug fixings.
  • Manage the Visual Merchandising and Contents of the website, making sure all products and contents are correctly displayed.
  • Monitor product performance to ensure category pages are being used efficiently and product ranking is optimized. Manage and control Stock and Availabilities.
  • Measure and track digital marketing activities. Actively monitor and report on ecommerce performance metrics, to understand how the business is performing vs. key targets and to proactively propose solutions. Master in using Google Analytics Suite.
  • CRM projects implementation: campaign management and analysis of Newsletter Performances, Database management in line with legal regulations, Coordination of client requests.

 

  • Periodical reporting on Ecommerce Performances and ad hoc reporting incl. preparation of presentations to various stakeholders.

 

  • Support the Digital and Ecommerce Manager with developments of digital projects as well as collaborating with the Marketing, PR and Merchandising teams to respect deadlines and priorities
  • Maintain the editorial and commercial calendar by scheduling and managing implementation of activities (website refresh, posting plan, Newsletter etc)

 

PROFILE

 

  • University degree in Business or Economics.
  • Hands-on personality that is used to work independently and has a strong attention for details.
  • Comfortable working in an interdisciplinary manner. Key responsibilities include the capability of prioritizing and managing several tasks and of ensuring all projects are completed in high quality and on schedule. An enthusiastic attitude to work and excellent organizational skills are highly appreciated.
  • 3+ years’ experience in Ecommerce and Digital preferably in Fashion&Luxury
  • Be confident in using ecommerce platforms (Magento and Shopify) and Google Analytics. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels – PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Email, and Social.
  • Business fluent English skills are mandatory Being Native English speaker would be a plus.
  • Passion for Modern culture: Fashion, Design, Photography and Art. Confident in keep up to date with the latest innovations in digital, online fashion
