Trainee/Intern
- Administrative support in document management, reporting and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Monitoring KPIs, schedules and updating company databases
- Collaboration with departments and shops to ensure the implementation of improvement actions and prevention measures
- Involving and raising the awareness of the company population by organising and monitoring training and health surveillance activities
- Collaboration with suppliers to manage procurement documentation for the different company sites
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
- High School Diploma will be a must, Bachelor Degree or equivalent won't be compulsory
- Excellent organizational skills
- Team player, willingness to support and curiosity to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Italian mother tongue or fluent. Fluent English required
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint): Proficient level
